CNC Turning

22 CNC lathes with Y-axis and live tooling. Turned parts are milled and drilled in a single setup, eliminating re-fixturing error.

P-01

CNC Turning

Shafts, bushings, fittings and flanges. Y-axis and live tooling let us mill and drill in the same setup as turning.

Complex geometry in a single setup. Simultaneous 5-axis machining removes stacked tolerance — down to ±0.003 mm.

Cylindrical and surface grinding plus integrated finishing. Ra 0.1 μm capable; anodising, nickel plating and passivation via certified partners.
